Provide strategic and operational leadership of the RiverSource Annuity Service Operations organization. Areas of responsibility include client and advisor facing service for RiverSource Annuity products sold through both Internal and External distribution channels. Provide leadership of new business, in -force processing, the client interaction center, problem resolution and money center as well as managing offshore vendor responsibilities. Lead the delivery of superior service to both existing and new distributors. Required Skills: 5-10 years leadership experience. Proven track record leading a large scale operations center. Knowledge of and experience in Annuity service required. Management of offshore activities preferred. Series 6/24.
